First impressions: A++. Persisting car problems, so I Googled All Tune & noticed they were already closed. I accidentally dialed and realized my error I hung up. Veronica, took time to call, after hours and asked if she could help. Wow! She kindly setup an appointment for the following day. Dropped car off and met Ty who took care of me immediately. Great customer service and contact regarding vehicle via text and phone calls. (including mechanic notes and pictures) Had car repairs finished by days end and went to pick it up. Amazing experience from beginning to end - from initial contact from Veronica to the personable experience at the front counter with Ty. I plan to keep coming back to All Tune and Lube Total Car Care!

I always have a good experience here. Just went in for an oil change and a check up this time. I was in and out quickly without an appointment. Fair price and no pressure to buy anything I didn’t need. Will be back for my next service for sure.

I’ve trusted All Tune with my vehicles for years. Oil changes, inspections, cooling system, suspension, batteries, troubleshooting weird noises, you name it. They pretty much always take me same day. Make you feel like family. Fair prices. Stop scrolling. I had a failure on a part they replaced, and they warrantied the work no questions asked. If you want honesty and quality work, stop scrolling.

5 stars for fast service and great customer service across the board. This absolutely rare today. I made an appointment online for 2:00 but realized I could make it in earlier. I called to find out how bury they were and the gentleman who answered was very nice and helpful. I was able to get in much earlier and out within 20minutes. The gentleman who did my emissions text was friendly and kind as well. I got back to work singing their praises and definitely recommending them.

There are plenty of positive reviews, and I am glad that other customers enjoy their experience here. Unfortunately, this shop is not a good fit for me. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on Tuesday Dec 9. It was much overdue and I was anxious. I'm searching for a shop that will make services enjoyable and not an unpleasant inconvenience. Appointments are available online so I jumped on it, although I immediately did not get that feeling that I'm looking for. They are straight the the point, which I can appreciate, but I'm looking for more engagement. I want it to be very obvious that my car is being cared for, and I want to walk out knowing more than when I walked in. I was in and out of my oil change within an hour, and the price was very reasonable. However, I did not receive any parting words about the state of my car; I was just encouraged to bring it back if I need anything more than an oil change as they do everything here. Good to know. I was glad to have my oil changed, and I guess no news is good news. After my oil change, I just went home and had the car parked for the rest of the day. The following day, I went to the store and within 5 miles of driving, my
